HSNT’s Stride ’n Thrive 5K, held in celebration of National Health Center Week, brings together patients, families, community partners, and public leaders to celebrate health, wellness, and access to care. Guided by the 2026 theme, “Building Innovative Care Where It Matters Most,” this family-friendly run/walk highlights how community health centers deliver innovative, patient-centered healthcare directly within the communities they serve. Proceeds from the event support Health Services of North Texas’ mission to expand access to affordable, quality care—including primary care, behavioral health, preventive services, and outreach programs—for individuals and families across North Texas.
