Congreso Health Fair will provide information and resources to patients and community members. Offerings will include:

• Heat safety information from the Philadelphia Department of Public Health
• Caregiver burnout education and mental health resources from Gemma Services
• Details about health insurance plans from Jefferson Health Plans
• Presentations on water safety and healthy drinking water from the Clean Water Fund
• Information about Alzheimer's from the Alzheimer's Association
• Resources from Temple University, Merakey, Congreso, Mori Vivi & Exact Sciences
• Spanish cookbooks, tote bags, first aid kits and other giveaway items

Attendees will also be able to enter a raffle for two $75 grocery gift cards.
