On August 7, 2026, Chiricahua Community Health Centers, along with partners Collective Energy, Build Us and Resource Rural will celebrate the culmination of a three-year project to provide reliable "green" power to Chiricahua's Douglas Clinics!

Located on the US & Mexico border, the town of Douglas, AZ is literally at the end of the US power grid and suffers from frequent blackouts - especially in the monsoon season. With this new resource, Chiricahua patients will no longer have to worry about missed appointments due to power outages and Chiricahua providers will do their work with the assurance of uninterrupted access to medical records and equipment.
