Our Unhoused Outreach Team will visit several unhoused encampments throughout the community to provide essential supplies, popsicles, water, and other nonperishable food items while offering healthcare services through our Mobile Medical Unit. The team will provide basic health screenings, assess immediate health needs, assist individuals with scheduling medical appointments, and connect them to available healthcare and community resources. We are also working to partner with a mobile shower provider to offer shower services during these outreach events, further addressing hygiene needs and supporting the overall health and dignity of individuals experiencing homelessness.
