UMMA Health will host a Community Health & Resource Fair at our school-based clinic site located within Fremont High School featuring free health and dental screenings, community resources, activities for children, and free meals for participants to support the health and well-being of local families. The event will bring together local organizations and community partners to connect residents with essential health, wellness, and supportive services while promoting preventive care, healthy lifestyles, and access to care for underserved communities. Through sponsorship support, we hope to also provide helpful giveaway items and resources for families attending the event.
