As part of National Health Center Week 2026, the UH Health Family Care Center will host a free Maternal Health Lunch & Learn featuring the theme, "Self-Care for Moms: Supporting Health Before, During, and After Pregnancy." The event will include a provider-led discussion on preventive care, healthy pregnancy, maternal mental health, postpartum wellness, and self-care, along with information about services and programs such as MOMRx and Patient Navigation. Attendees will enjoy a complimentary lunch, educational materials, raffles, and giveaways. The event is free and open to the public.

This event supports the National Health Center Week 2026 theme, Building Innovative Care Where It Matters Most, by expanding access to maternal health education, connecting women and families with trusted healthcare resources, and bringing innovative, patient-centered care directly into the community.
