Rural Roots, Healthy Futures is a free, family-friendly wellness fair designed to honor the special populations we serve while connecting community members with valuable health resources and services.

Attendees can participate in a variety of health and wellness activities, including blood pressure screenings, car seat safety checks, kindergarten dental screenings, food bag giveaways, and other preventive health services. Local organizations and community partners will also be on hand to share resources and programs that support healthy living.

In addition to health-focused activities, families can enjoy a fun-filled day featuring food trucks, a foam party, children's activities, community vendors, and more. Together, we'll celebrate the rural roots that make our communities strong while building healthy futures for generations to come.
