Join MHEDS during National Health Center Week for our Back-to-School Walk-In Physical Clinic! School-aged children can receive sports physicals with no out-of-pocket cost. Walk-ins are welcome, and families without a primary care provider are invited to register as new MHEDS patients during the event. A parent or legal guardian must accompany each child and complete the required paperwork.
