In celebration of National Health Center Week and Population Focus Day, Franklin Primary Health Center will honor and support our unhoused population on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at H.E. Savage Memorial Center.

As part of this special initiative, every patient with a scheduled appointment at H.E. Savage Memorial Center, which provides medical care and supportive services to individuals experiencing homelessness, will receive a thoughtfully prepared goodie bag as a small token of encouragement. Franklin Primary Health Center will also deliver goodie bags to a local women's shelter to help brighten the day of those in need.

This outreach effort reflects our commitment to meeting people where they are by providing compassionate care, essential resources, and support to some of our community's most vulnerable residents.
