Progressive Community Health Centers' Community and Patient Appreciation Event will celebrate National Health Center Week by recognizing the patients, families, and community partners who play an important role in advancing health and wellness throughout our community. During this special event, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with local organizations, learn about available health and community resources, and engage with services that support their overall well-being.

Guests will enjoy family-friendly activities, giveaways, refreshments, and opportunities to interact with community partners. The first 200 attendees who complete a Vendor Passport will receive a Healthy Harvest Bag filled with fresh, nutritious food items as a token of appreciation for their participation and commitment to healthy living. Together, we look forward to celebrating the power of partnership and the impact community health centers have in improving access to quality care for all.
