Upper Great Lakes Family Health Center is partnering with Upper Peninsula Health Plan to host the Ontonagon County Community Resource & Health Fair during National Health Center Week. This free community event will connect residents with local health care providers and community resources, offer free blood pressure screenings, provide health education, and allow attendees to schedule well-child exams, sports physicals, annual wellness visits, and new patient appointments on site. The event aims to increase access to care, promote preventive health, and strengthen community partnerships in a rural, underserved area.
