Northland Health Centers is celebrating the work that Community Health Employees do every day. Community members are invited to leave a note of gratitude or praise at each location. Throughout the week community members can enter to win a door prize as well, no appointment is needed to participate.

Additionally, Northland Health Centers leadership team will be surprising each location with a small gift of gratitude for Employee Appreciation Day.
