Hometown Health Centers, in partnership with Mom Starts Here, will host a Community Baby Shower & Pop-Up Baby Café to celebrate and support expectant parents, new families, and caregivers throughout the Capital Region. The event will connect families with healthcare providers, community organizations, and local resources focused on prenatal care, infant health, breastfeeding support, safe sleep, nutrition, behavioral health, and early childhood services. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit community partner tables, receive health education, participate in giveaways, and access essential baby items while learning about the comprehensive maternal and pediatric services available at Hometown Health Centers.
