Special Populations Day will highlight the diverse populations served by New Horizon Health Center and promote health, wellness, and community inclusion. The event will feature community partners, Tai Chi demonstrations and participation opportunities, and refreshments for attendees. Through this event, NHHC aims to increase awareness of available community resources, encourage healthy lifestyles, and strengthen connections with individuals and families from all backgrounds.
