Inform, inspire, and engage our community partners on how we can continue working together to strengthen community well-being, aligned with the Family Health Centers mission and NHCW 2026.
Objectives:
Inform: Share an overview of the Seven Vital Conditions for Well-Being and how they connect to community health work.
Engage: Create space for partners to share their work, challenges, and successes.
Inspire action: Identify a few practical ways we can continue strengthening collaboration across organizations.
