As part of National Health Center Week 2026, Metropolitan Family Health Network, Inc. will host a free, family-friendly community health fair designed to connect residents with essential health resources, preventive services, and wellness education. Guided by this year’s theme, "Building Innovative Care Where It Matters Most," the event will bring together healthcare providers, community organizations, and local partners to promote healthy lifestyles and improve access to care for underserved populations throughout Hudson County. Attendees will have the opportunity to receive health screenings, participate in wellness activities, learn about available healthcare and social support services, and engage in educational programs for adults and children.
