The Coalition OC is planning to start NHCW early by hosting health center tours starting the month of July on every Friday. In addition we will be hosting an employee appreciation day with all of our health center member staff at the Angels game on August 2, 2026. Lastly, given the theme of the event, the Coalition OC is the lead for a large Population Health and Transition to Value Based Care Initiative - funded by our health plan where 26 community health centers participate. This is a large 5 year initiative and we are in year 4. During NHCW specifically on Friday August 8th, we are looking to host an event where we showcase all the innovations and projects to our elected officials, to our partners, and to funders. The details are still being worked out. We are also looking at some sort of communications campaign that we can develop.
