Compassion Health Care invites community members to join us for our Healthy Passport Day as part of National Health Center Week! This free community event is designed to connect individuals and families with valuable health resources while highlighting the many services available through our health center and community partners.

Participants will receive a Healthy Passport and visit a variety of stations featuring health education, wellness activities, community resources, preventive screenings, and information about programs that support healthier lives. Once completed, participants can turn in their passport for a chance to win one of three $100 Food Lion gift cards.
