Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center will host a Health Conditions Focus Day during National Health Center Week to provide patients and community members with health education, prevention resources, and onsite screenings. Planned activities include an educational workshop on cancer prevention, heart health, diabetes, stroke, hypertension, and related screenings. The event will also include blood pressure checks, cholesterol and blood glucose screenings, HIV/STI/Hep C testing and information through our mobile van, and eye health education connected to cataracts, glaucoma, diabetes, and routine eye exams.
