This week-long celebration at Wheeler's Family Health & Wellness Center will highlight various aspects of Health Center Week, from Staff, Patient, and Partner Appreciation, to Population Health, Health Conditions & Awareness and more.

There will be healthy snacks for patients in our lobbies throughout the week; giveaway bags with hygiene and other items; information about diabetes on 8/5, including healthy recipes. On 8/6, the team will highlight the work of its Senior Outreach team and provide dental health information and oral health (brushing) demonstrations, as well.
