Community Healthcore, in partnership with the Marion County Health & Resource Coalition, Jefferson ISD, University of Texas at Tyler – School of Medicine, and the Marion County Hospital District, is proud to announce the upcoming opening of a new primary care clinic, CORE Health Systems, in Jefferson during National Health Center Week!

A Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting with the Marion County Chamber of Commerce is scheduled for Thursday, August 6th from 4:00pm – 7:00pm, with the ribbon cutting at 4:00pm. During National Health Center Week, the event will offer a great opportunity for individuals and families to meet our providers, tour the new clinic, and explore resources available through various local organizations in Marion County.
