HealthWorks will be offering Free School Physicals to Fairfax and Loudoun County children ages 3-18 who are entering a Virginia school for the first time. Registration for these events opens July 10. Appointments will include a physical exam, dental screening, hearing and vision test, TB screening, and immunizations.

Please note:
-These events are for new patients only. Current HealthWorks patients should schedule a school physical with their regular provider.
-Sport physicals will not be available.
-A parent/legal guardian must be present with the child during the appointment.
