South Central Primary Care is excited to participate in the Fitzgerald High School College & Career Academy Open House as part of National Health Center Week. Students, parents, faculty, and community members are invited to visit our outreach table to learn more about the comprehensive healthcare services available through our health centers. Our team will provide information on primary care, pediatric care, school-based health services, preventive care, behavioral health services, and resources available to help individuals and families stay healthy. Attendees can also receive educational materials, promotional giveaways, and learn how South Central Primary Care is improving access to quality healthcare throughout our communities.
