Each year, PHC hosts Community Night, a free, community-wide event designed to increase access to essential health services and connect individuals and families with local resources. The event is open to all and intentionally engages patients, clients, staff, partners, and community members, with a focus on reducing barriers to care.

On average, Community Night serves more than 150 attendees and convenes over 30 partner organizations, creating a centralized access point for health and social services. Community Night includes family attractions, including a bounce house and a variety of giveaways, to create a welcoming environment that encourages participation of underserved populations.

New this year, PHC will offer direct clinical services during Community Night, including back-to-school physicals for children and health assessments for adults. These services will help address immediate healthcare needs while connecting attendees to ongoing care and resources.
