To kick off National Health Center Week, New Horizon Family Health Services is hosting a Community Health Summit. The event is designed to reach those not yet engaged in routine care, provide an entry point into the healthcare system, and connect attendees with a wide range of supportive services.

We’re inviting Upstate residents to join us for a free day of health, wellness, and community connection! The Community Health Summit brings together healthcare professionals, local organizations, and valuable resources to help individuals and families live healthier lives. Attendees can learn, connect, and discover services available right here in their own community! This engaging event is happening Saturday, August 1 at McAlister Square in Greenville. New Horizon is honored to lead the charge in organizing this event and bringing various agencies together for the benefit of our community.
