Celebrate National Health Center Week with us! Save-The-Date for a Community Block Party WHERE: Our Parking Lot @ 404 N Federal Ave in Mason City. Medical & Dental Care will be inside and fun/resources will be outside in our parking lot. Community Health Center of Mason City will provide comprehensive back-to-school healthcare for kids, just in time for the school year's start. Come get well child checks, immunizations, sports physicals, & dental exams completed. The parking lot will be filled with free resources like school shoes from the United Way of North Central Iowa and giveaways to help ensure every child in our community has what they need for a successful school year.
