Community Health Care is honored to celebrate National Health Center Week, August 2–8, while also commemorating a significant milestone—50 years since our first patient visit.

In recognition of this important occasion, we invite you to join us for a special morning celebrating on Community Health Care’s history, accomplishments, community partnerships, and vision for the future.

The program will be approximately 40 minutes and will include:
• A look back at 50 years of serving our communities
• Highlights of Community Health Care’s accomplishments and impact
• A look toward our future and the opportunities ahead
• Stories from patients and staff
• Recognition and appreciation of our valued community partners

Following the program, we invite you to stay and continue connecting with fellow community leaders, partners, and members of the Community Health Care team.
