Great Lakes Bay Health Centers' Back-to-School Event is designed to help children start the school year healthy, prepared, and ready to learn. During this all-day event, families can schedule well-child visits, school and sports physicals, immunizations, vision services, and dental screenings while also receiving school supplies and connecting with community resources.

The event combines preventive healthcare with fun family activities, creating an engaging experience that encourages families to prioritize their children's health. By bringing together healthcare providers, community partners, and local organizations, we are able to reduce barriers to care, close preventive health gaps, and ensure children are up to date on recommended screenings and services before returning to school.

In addition to healthcare services, families will enjoy games, prizes, face painting, photo opportunities, and other kid-friendly activities. Vision and dental buses will be onsite, along with community organizations providing information and resources to support family health and well-being.
