Come join the Multnomah County Community Health Center and Wallace Community Health Centers in a fun back-to-school event in celebration of National Health Center Week! Community partners will offer free services such as kid's hair cuts, health insurance support, healthy eating, reading activities, games, and other family-friendly activities. Our Mobile Clinic on site will also offer free primary care wellness checks, like blood pressure screenings.
