Gateway Community Health Center’s Back to School Health Fair 2026

Gateway Community Health Center invites families to join us for our Back to School Health Fair 2026 as we help students get ready for a healthy and successful school year.

This event is part of National Health Center Week and this year’s theme, “Building Innovative Care Where It Matters Most.”

Families are welcome to attend and receive services available for those with and without insurance, including:

✅ Back to School Vaccines
✅ Dental Screenings
✅ Blood Pressure Checks
✅ Health Education
✅ Community Resources Information

We will also be giving away FREE clear backpacks with school supplies while supplies last.

Please bring your child’s vaccine card.
Backpacks are for children ages 4 years and up. Student must be present.
