As part of National Health Center Week, Chicago Family Health Center will host our annual Back-to-School Health Fair on Friday, August 7, 2026 from 1 p.m.–4 p.m. at our South Chicago Clinic, 9119 S. Exchange Ave.

This is a must-attend event for families getting ready for the new school year. Students will have access to important health services, community resources, free giveaways, and family-friendly activities—all in one place.

From health screenings to nutrition and mental health resources, this event helps families take care of the essentials before the school year begins.
