Great Lakes Bay Health Centers' Back-to-School Well-Child Event is designed to help children start the school year healthy, prepared, and ready to learn. During this special event, families can schedule well-child visits, school and sports physicals, immunizations, vision services, and dental screenings all in one convenient location.
In addition to healthcare services, families will have access to onsite vision and dental buses, school supplies for children with scheduled appointments, and fun activities throughout the day including games, prizes, and other family-friendly experiences. Our goal is to create an engaging environment that encourages families to prioritize their children's health while making healthcare a positive and memorable experience.
