Amity Medical Group collaborates with Avant Pharmacy and the Mecklenburg County Health department to host their second back to school resources/health fair event on August 22n, from 10AM-2PM. This event brings together several local nonprofit organizations to provide free resources, health screenings, vaccinations and back to school sports physicals. There will be free food available, arts and crafts and games and activities. We hope to see you there!
