Our Farmers Market Outreach Series begins with the Upton Farmers Market and reflects our commitment to meeting people where they live, work, and gather. These events provide opportunities to introduce our team, share information about the healthcare services we offer, and encourage healthy food choices. By providing vouchers that may be used for fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, and fresh baked goods from local vendors, we support nutritious food choices while also supporting local agriculture. Through this series, we hope to strengthen community partnerships, increase awareness of available healthcare services, and continue building relationships that support healthier communities.
