Join Ty Isham, Licensed Dietician, for a heart-to-heart conversation about what it means to be a caregiver to YOURSELF. We cannot take care of our patients, loved ones, and community if we are not first taking care of ourselves.  We know that being a care provider and caregiver during this time of the pandemic has been daunting, even exhausting as it takes its toll on our physical and mental well-being. We’ve been talking about self-care for the last few years, but that can take many forms – not just spa days. Let’s reflect on CARE for ourselves.
