MidMichigan Community Health Services and the Roscommon County Human Service Collaborative are joining forces to promote good health and community resources. The theme this year is the Art of Being Healthy, we will be providing arts-based activities to promote individual creativity and mindfulness. Post COVID we are seeing in our community, high anxiety, depression, and people are staying home and not wanting to get out. We are thinking outside the box to help people find the healing benefits of being creative, enjoying music, experiencing yoga, cogging and other activities can have a positive effect on their health.
