South Central Primary Care will be kicking off National Health Center Week with a Community Health Fair on August 5, 2024 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm located at Hudson Dockett Community Center (807 S Fry St, Valdosta, GA 31601). SCPC will be providing free blood pressure and glucose screenings. Come Visit our mobile unit health care team on site. During your visit you will receive free giveaways. |
