Choleseterol checks for $5, free diabetic screening, free blood pressure check. Local EMS is bringing over their ambulance for tours. THe Coloma Fire Department is bringing over their “smoke house” to teach kids what to do in case of fire in your home. Our dental department will be putting on skit with kids on how to brush & floss. We will have a meet n greet of all our providers. Booths set up for staff to work with patients & inform them of various programs they may qualify for such as badger care, sliding fee, etc. We have lots of donated prizes and our top door prize is a gas grill, we are giving a WII & WII Fit plus as a door prize to adults and another WII console for kids.
