Come join us for Lamprey Health Care's Annual 5K Road Race on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at 8:30am - walkers & strollers welcome! The 5K begins at the Newmarket Community Center and provides a flat, fast course for beginners, intermediate and advanced runners! The Lamprey Health Care 5K offers everyone a great day, with refreshments & music, indoor restrooms, prizes for top runners, and a major raffle drawing! We have technical shirts for every runner & walker, and for all kids under 12 we have a Kids Fun Run as well! Our Annual 5K Road Race benefits Lamprey Health Care's Reach Out & Read Program by buying age-appropriate books for our pediatric patients, ages 6 months to 5 years. Reach Out & Read is a national program that focuses on early literacy by promoting reading and a lifetime love of books among children. We thank you for your support, and we'll see you on the course!!
